In the unlikely event of a duplicate charge due to processing errors, failure to meet your design specifications, or an inability to fulfill your design order according to our delivery policy, we offer a full refund for the design order.
Refund Process
Refund requests are processed based on the following guidelines:
- Requests within 48 hours: Eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- Requests between 48 to 120 hours: Eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- Requests after 120 hours: No refunds will be issued. However, we encourage customers to contact us for assistance or to resolve concerns.
- Failure to provide project briefing within 7 days will result in a non-refundable payment.
Refund requests will be evaluated individually, and XtreamZone.online reserves the right to approve or deny based on the specific circumstances and in compliance with the user agreement.
How to Claim Your Refund
To ensure a smooth refund process, follow these steps:
- Contact us to outline your concerns and initiate the refund request.
- We will attempt to address your concern through our revision policy. If the issue remains unresolved, we will send you an approval from our refund department.
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and all rights to the design will be transferred back to XtreamZone.online. Customers are prohibited from using or displaying any refunded design version.
Additionally:
- Customers relinquish all rights to use or modify the refunded design or its contents.
- XtreamZone.online will share Copyright Acquisition details with relevant copyright agencies to prevent future misuse of refunded designs.
